The offices and projects envisioned shall be constructed on the TE plot, in accordance with the SUS-1 (zoned urban land-1) Partial Plan of Tomares. This action culminates the municipality with the biggest surface area devoted to green space and parks per inhabitant in Spain.
The project shall be developed on two plots (TC-1 and TC-2) of the SUS-1 Partial Plan of Tomares Seville’s General Urban Development Plan, two buildings of 11,930m2 and 5,850m2 constructed respectively. These plots are located in a commercial and top class business environment, surrounded by the Zaudín business area, PISA Industrial Estate and next to sports areas such as Zaudín Golf Club.
These buildings shall be designated for shared commercial and tertiary use, allowing at the two plots the following uses: accommodation, performance space and meeting rooms, businesses on the ground and first floors offices as well as centres devoted to community, culture, associations, educational activities, etc.
