The 100 three and four bedroom apartments with garages and box rooms comprising this block will be developed under the GENERAL SUBSIDISED/SOCIAL HOUSING initiative. Workers and residents in Tomares, as well as those from other municipalities can acquire one of these apartments, on the condition that they meet the other requirements with regards to income levels. Similarly to the Alamis building block, there will be three apartments in this building block for those people with restricted mobility.
